What are your qualifications?
I am a Personal Training Specialist (PTS) and a Healthy Eating and Weight Loss coach certified through CanFitPro and am a STRONG Formula certified Body Transformation Coach.
I have an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from McMaster University and am a member of the Ontario College of Teachers.
I have been doing fitness and sport coaching, recreationally and semi-professionally for over 20 years.
What do you specialize in?
Body Transformation and fat loss! Recovering the athletic physiques of former high level athletes in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership is required or a home gym with substantial gym equipment.
Do you consider my preferences and dietary restrictions in my meal plan?
Of course! We want this to work for you so it is not intended to feed you with foods you dislike or can’t tolerate.
What if I need to stop for an unexpected reason, am I able to pause and then restart my plan?
Yes, you can restart the program if you are seriously injured, sick, or encounter a family emergency. Please always keep me in the loop with things of this nature so I know how to support you.
What do check-ins include?
When we do a check-in you will include clear, well-lit photos (front view, side view and back view) matching your starting photos. Include commentary on the week's progress or lack of, record your weight, and any extra info you’d like to share. Complete our feedback form and dietary adherence form. Check-ins will be super encouraging of your progress and are a great motivator!
