Q: I can’t find my program or am having technical issues with software

Q. Where can I find all my plans and protocols?

A. In the client software indicated.  Still unclear email fitnesswithsandrasorgini@gmail.com

Q: How do I change training time within my program? 

A: To change the time in which you train simply keep the meals listed before and after training the same and move the rest around to better fit your schedule. 

Q: Can I have snacks or cheats? 

A: The short answer is no, Adding foods to your meal plan will increase your calories and slow your results, however you can work in cheat meals as we progress maybe once a week. 

Q: Can I count macros instead of eating the meal options you gave me? 

A: Yes, I am a huge fan of counting macros. Incorporating foods you have readily available is key to making this progress a lasting change, however make sure you are responsible and keep the macros in check! 

Q: I don’t know what some of these exercises are? 

A: Use YouTube and/or google to find the exercise

Q: Can I still have coffee or tea? 

A: Yes! You can still have coffee, teas, sugar free drinks as long as you still get in plenty of water throughout the day. Do not add sugary drinks 

Q: Can I have milk with my coffee, tea or protein shakes? 

A: I don’t recommend dairy (substitute with Almond milk or coconut milk). Choose unsweetened options of both 

Q: Can I season my food? 

A: Yes! All seasonings, spices, garlic, hot sauces, soy sauces, lemon juice, sugar free sauces are fine! Do not overdo it or add anything with added sugars. 

Q: What is considered lifting heavy? 

A: I want you to go heavy when you feel you can, lifting heavy is picking a weight you can control with good form but can not lift with ease. If reps are 10-12 pick a weight you struggle to get to 10 with to make sure your pushing yourself to the limit! 

Q: What if I miss a meal? 

A: If you miss a meal that’s fine, you can just move it to later in the day or you can combine to meals together. It’s important you consume all of the calories in the plan 

Q: Everything is measured UNCOOKED? 

A: Yes, ALL foods are measured uncooked in my plan, the reason for this is for accuracy when prepping. Once all food is measured raw you cannot over cook food! 

Q: When does my diet/program change? 

A: Programs only change after 4-8 weeks depending on progress. 

Q: What should my check ins include? 

A: Please include clear, well lit photos (front view, side view and back view) matching your starting photos. Date the pictures as well.  Include commentary on the weeks progress or lack of, record your weight, and any extra info you’d like to share. 

Q: What if I need to stop for an unexpected reason am I able restart my plan? 

A: Yes, you can restart the program if you are seriously injured, sick, or encounter a family emergency. Please always keep me in the loop with things of this nature so I know how to support you.

Q. How do I order the DoTerra oils to fulfil my oil protocol?

A. Access your countries website, input required information and make sure to indicate my name, Sandra Moretuzzo, as the advocating representative and pay DoTerra with credit card. Oils will be shipped directly to the provided address.

Q. What part of the package fee is to DoTerra and which expense to FITSS?

A. The varying prices and who they will go to will be made clear to you.  Email fitnesswithsandrasorgini@gmail.com should there be confusion.  

Q. What if I simply want to order oils?

A. Access your countries website, input required information and make sure to indicate my name, Sandra Moretuzzo, as the advocating representative and pay DoTerra with credit card.  Oils will be shipped directly to the provided address.
