HER ASCENSION
Her, she was, DRAINED.
The her she was, was PALE.
BLOODIED, RAW, WOUNDED and gloomily on the verge of DEFEAT.
Emerging from dark depths, a REWRITTEN version of the old HER was on the RISE.
A magnificently POLISHED, and ELECTRIFIED HER was ASCENDING.
THIS is a new HER!
BOLDER, BRAVER and unapologetically AUTHENTIC is HER.
This new HER is RENEWED, STRONGER and strikingly AWARE.
This new HER is RESILIENT, ASSERTIVE and positively ALIGNED.
The REVIVED HER is exceptionally more HER, then the old HER was ever truly HER!
We WILL rewrite your inner warrior. We WILL revive your HER. Together, HER ASCENSION will become OUR mission. A movement of femwarriors is our ambition.
How does one revive her inner warrior? Step by step we WILL resurrect a luminous new version of HER.
Warrior Ascension Steps:
Step 1: Workout Dirty
Combat prep is sweaty, messy and can put you in a state of true FITSS. You will be dishevelled and it will challenge every fibre of your physical being. It’s suited to those warriors itching to release all that is holding them back.
Step 2: Eat Clean
Discipline and commitment in addition to healthy food allow you to fuel your body for battle. Feed your indestructible body the goodness it thirsts and craves for to reap the goodness it deserves. Those warriors who respect their awe-inspiring body and the strength found inside will fuel their bodies with the highest nourishment there is.
Step 3:Oil Up
The brainpower, mental strength and motivation will aid in the endurance of sacrifices for the greater goal of victory. Essential oils favour increasing the warrior's vibration level leading to higher frequencies. These conditions create the most viable opportunity for the inner warrior to burst out and announce unapologetically I have arrived and with conviction to own her revised warrior self.
Step 4: Motivate
The why and reason for the developed survival instinct dominate the mental battle. Always remember that YOU should be your greatest motivation. YOU are your greatest gift to yourself and to the universe. Start believing that to be true.
Step 5: Slay Positive
Negativity and doubt can cripple your inner warrior. Perseverance in battle is highly sought after and completely recommended. This won’t be easy and fortitude is most definitely required.
Step 6: Seek Discomfort
The mindset to have the confidence to approach opponents with the titanium warrior will and the foresight to appreciate the behaviour change that is upon us must be your new comfort level. Expand your level by pushing boundaries and slashing former beliefs and bias.
I KNOW in my heart and soul that YOU have all you need inside of you. Your inner warrior is roaring to get out. I am thrilled to be able to add new warriors to my fight club. Your addition will strengthen ALL of us.
